We constantly rank between 49th and 50th in the nation for education. This is primarily because of the lowest teacher salaries in the nation. Inadequate funding for resources, infrastructure, and support personnel. An estimated $700,000,000 of Public-School funds given away to ESA’s.

Do you believe Arizona’s K-12 public education system as a whole is adequately funded?

Since 2002 I have held the view that our housing culture needs to change. Families should be allowed to build 2/3 flat homes. This brings income into the household, owners become gatekeepers for the community, and builds our street economy vs. wall street or investor economy.

Do you believe that deregulating city zoning laws is a crucial part of the solution to Arizona's housing crisis?

Times are changing. For my generation it’s hard to understand or deal with. The young people of today are more accepting of people who are different. The student body and team players will have a say in the matter. Let them play. Things will work themselves out. Have an open mind and courage.

Yes.

Most definitely in Maricopa County. The other counties are questionable. We had problems last cycle with county and state leaders who were “election deniers”. I would expect the same this cycle. The state overcame the last attempts and we will prevail again.

Do you have confidence in the accuracy of Arizona’s elections?

Yes.

Another misleading question. Prop 134 would require some initiatives to have 15% of voters from each district to sign (total 1,134,000 voters). Unreal. Another attempt by the Republican Legislature to suppress the will of the people. Read arguments against 134 and vote no.

State legislature funding to help the cities build 2 and 3 flat housing that single families can purchase. The family lives on the first floor, rents out the other flats inexpensively. Our street economy grows and homeless are off the streets. Initiate rent controlled zones. Vote No Prop 312.

Should local police departments receive more funding?

Yes.
